Guest Experience
Each guest will:
- Explore and sample the available fragrance notes.
- Select scents that match their mood or personality.
- Create a custom fragrance blend.
- Prepare and pour a wooden-wick candle.
- Personalize their candle label.
- Take home a one-of-a-kind Bella Monnaie creation.
Please allow approximately two hours for the complete experience. Candles require time to cool and cure before burning. Depending on the event format, finished candles may be collected later, delivered, or safely packaged with care instructions.
Event Capacity
The Mobile Candle Bar can accommodate intimate gatherings and larger events of up to 50 guests. Service format, staffing, and experience timing may vary based on the number of participants.
For larger events, guests may be scheduled in rotating groups to keep the experience organized, engaging, and personalized.

Travel, lodging, parking, permits, and venue-related fees may apply depending on the event location.
Venue Requirements
Before booking, please confirm that your venue provides:
- A level and accessible setup area
- Adequate space for the trailer and guest stations
- Safe vehicle and trailer access
- Nearby electrical access, when required
- Permission for candle-making activities
- Any necessary parking or vendor approvals
*Outdoor events should include a weather backup plan. Additional requirements will be reviewed during the booking process.
Booking Your Experience
To request the Mobile Candle Bar:
Select your preferred date and estimated guest count.
- Complete the event intake form.
- Provide your venue address and event details.
- Choose your package and available enhancements.
- Review and sign your service agreement.
- Submit the required retainer to secure your date.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the agreement and payment have been received. Final guest counts and remaining balances are due according to your booking agreement.
