How Booking Works

1. Submit Your Inquiry

Tell us about your event, including the date, location, guest count, occasion, and experience you are interested in.

2. Select Your Experience

We will review your request and help you choose the experience options and upgrades that best fit your celebration.

3. Receive Your Proposal

You will receive a personalized proposal outlining the experience, inclusions, travel fees, upgrades, and total investment.

4. Reserve Your Date

Your event is confirmed once the required agreement and payment have been received.

5. Create and Celebrate

Bella Monnaie arrives at the agreed-upon time to prepare the candle bar and guide your guests through the experience.

Dates are not reserved without the required payment. Final guest counts and event details must be submitted by the deadline included in your agreement.

Additional guests, travel, parking, venue access, extended service time, and last-minute changes may result in additional charges.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many guests can participate?

Our standard Mobile Candle Bar is designed for intimate experiences of 2 to 12 guests. Contact us for corporate events, brand activations, or celebrations requiring larger-group accommodations.

How long is the experience?

Most candle-making experiences are approximately two hours. Setup and cleanup time are handled separately by the Bella Monnaie team.

Do you provide the venue?

The Mobile Candle Bar travels to your selected home, venue, business, or event location. A private location may be available for an additional cost and is subject to availability.

Does Bella Monnaie provide all the supplies?

Yes. We provide the candle-making equipment and standard supplies included in your selected package.

Can children participate?

Age requirements depend on the event format, venue, and level of adult supervision. Please include the ages of younger guests in your inquiry.

When can guests take their candles home?

Candles require time to cool and set after pouring. Depending on the event schedule and location, candles may be collected later, locally delivered, shipped, or packaged for pickup once they are ready. Available options will be discussed before the event.

Can I select a theme?

Yes. We can incorporate your celebration theme through fragrance selections, labels, vessels, décor, packaging, and available upgrades.

Can you add my company logo?

Custom branding may be available for corporate events, private celebrations, and bulk orders. High-resolution artwork must be provided before the design deadline.

Do you travel?

Yes. Travel is available throughout: California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona . Travel fees and scheduling requirements apply.

Is payment required to reserve the date?

Yes. Payment is required to secure your event date. Dates remain available to other clients until all booking requirements have been completed.
